Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete HR function of the organization.

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.

• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems.

• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.

• Handle performance management, appraisals, promotions, and employee grievances.

• Plan manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring for different departments.

• Manage employee disciplinary matters and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related requirements.

• Organize training, development, and employee engagement activities.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

• Maintain HR reports, MIS, and employee-related documentation.

• Build a positive, professional, and productive workplace culture.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate with senior management.

• Experience in Pharma/Ayurvedic/Healthcare industry will be an advantage.
