Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle management, onboarding, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech sector and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (60%)
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for corporate, sales, operations, collections, credit, finance, and branch positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and campus hiring.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and negotiate salary offers.
Prepare and publish job descriptions across multiple hiring platforms.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
Track recruitment metrics including:
Time-to-Hire (TAT)
Cost-per-Hire
Offer Acceptance Ratio
Joining Ratio
Ensure timely closure of critical positions.
HR Operations (30%)
Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
Handle employee documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HRMS database with complete accuracy.
Administer attendance, leave management, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, incentives, reimbursements, and leave records.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communication.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
HR Coordination & Compliance (10%)
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
Maintain statutory employee documentation and audit records.
Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams for timely statutory filings.
Assist during internal and external HR audits.
Prepare MIS reports, recruitment dashboards, manpower reports, attrition analysis, and monthly HR reports.
