Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Paras Pearls Mall, Sector 12, Avas Vikas, Agra
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance reviews.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

• Maintain employee records and confidential HR data.

• Coordinate training and development programs.

• Support management in workforce planning and staff management.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
