HR Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Hiring and selection of employees as per company requirements.
2. Maintaining employee records and employee personal files.
3. Managing daily attendance and employee leave records.
4. Preparing monthly attendance details for salary processing.
5. Issuing appointment letters, offer letters, and other HR documents.
6. Handling employee joining and exit formalities.
7. Monitoring employee discipline and company HR policies.
8. Maintaining probation period and employee confirmation records.
9. Coordinating with the management for HR-related activities.
10. Epfo record as per the requirement
11. ECSI Payment and record as per requirement
12. monthly epfo payment responsibility
13. Making salary sheet of exempted employees
14. making monthly salary record for reimbursement.
