Job వివరణ

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and managing all HR functions of the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training & development, policy implementation, and organizational development. The role ensures a productive work environment while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute manpower planning strategies.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring requirements.

  • Conduct interviews and facilitate candidate selection.

  • Oversee onboarding and induction programs.

2. Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

  • Conduct employee engagement activities.

  • Ensure effective communication between management and employees.

3. Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems.

  • Monitor employee KPIs, KRAs, and goal achievements.

  • Support managers in performance reviews and development plans.

  • Identify high-potential employees and succession planning opportunities.

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Supervise payroll processing and salary administration.

  • Manage employee benefits, incentives, and rewards programs.

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.

  • Ensure timely processing of increments, promotions, and final settlements.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.

  • Manage PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.

  • Handle audits related to HR and labor compliance.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs across departments.

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs.

  • Track employee skill enhancement and career growth.

  • Promote leadership and succession development initiatives.

7. Policy Development & Implementation

  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure policy compliance across the organization.

  • Recommend process improvements and HR automation initiatives.

8. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly HR MIS reports and dashboards.

  • Monitor attrition, absenteeism, productivity, and workforce metrics.

  • Provide HR insights to support business decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

  • Professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 5–10+ years of progressive HR experience.

  • Experience handling manufacturing, engineering, or industrial workforce preferred.
