Nexhire HR Solutions is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment activities and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to manage the hiring process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and social media.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and attendance records.
Maintain employee records and HR reports.
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement.
Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Experience using job portals (Job Hai, Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude with problem-solving skills.
