We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Manager to join our office in Indore. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a foundational career in Human Resources. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, assisting with hiring, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with the onboarding of new employees.
Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical employee files.
Attendance & Payroll: Track daily attendance, manage leave requests, and assist with monthly payroll preparation.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and help resolve minor workplace grievances.
Engagement: Support the planning and execution of team-building and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master’s degree (BBA or MBA in HR is an advantage).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and highly organized.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication.
Enthusiasm to learn core HR functions and grow within the company.
