Responsibilities of an HR Manager:
Recruitment and Hiring:
Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and hiring new employees.
On board & offboard formalities
Must be familiar with all activities involved in the On board & Off board formalities.••
Training and Development:
Planning, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge based on gap analysis as outcome from PMS.
Employee Relations:
Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Compliance:
Framing & Ensuring that all HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Strategic Planning:
Development of HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals.
Performance Management:
Managing employee performance, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
Compensation and Benefits:
Managing employee compensation and benefits packages.
Employee Engagement:
Developing and implementing strategies to increase employee engagement and motivation.
Processing payroll:
This involves entering employee data into payroll software, calculating pay, and issuing paychecks or direct deposit Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in HR roles, particularly in areas like recruitment, training, or employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and should be strong team player.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
