*About the Role*

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Manager to handle recruitment, basic HR

operations, and administrative support. The role requires hands-on execution, coordination with

internal teams, and maintaining day-to-day HR activities.

*Key Requirements*

● Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment

● Core Skills:

○ End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)

○ Basic HR operations and administrative work

● Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills

● Tools: Comfortable with MS Excel, email communication, and job portals

● Execution Focus: Ability to handle multiple requirements and close positions on time

*Working Hours*

Monday to Saturday

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
