Key Responsibilities
Manage HR operations for the manufacturing unit
Handle statutory compliances and labor law requirements
Maintain and monitor employee attendance through ERP system
Prepare and process monthly salary and payroll
Maintain employee records and documentation
Coordinate with management regarding HR policies and employee matters
Ensure proper discipline and HR processes on the shop floor
Handle recruitment and onboarding when required
Maintain leave records and attendance management
Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of HR compliances and labor laws
Experience with ERP-based attendance management
Hands-on experience in salary processing and payroll management
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in manufacturing industry
Ability to manage shop-floor HR operations
