We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team at Mangla Hoists Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹55,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection activities.

• Source candidates through job portals, references and other channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.

• Manage joining formalities, employee documentation and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and salary-related records.

• Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.

• Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws and statutory requirements.

• Handle PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Working Hours, Leave, Overtime and other applicable labour-law requirements.

• Maintain statutory registers, records and required HR documentation.

• Coordinate labour-law/statutory inspections, notices and compliance requirements.

• Support compliance under applicable Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act and other employment-related laws, as applicable to the organization.

• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy and applicable law.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
