Leom International is hiring for the position of HR Manager. We are looking for candidates with 2–5 years of relevant HR experience and a MBA/PGDM in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, along with experience in recruitment, employee handling, HR operations, and employee engagement. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, attendance and leave management, performance management, HR documentation, and supporting overall HR policies and processes.
