Kromedispense, a growing manufacturing company in the beverage dispensing equipment industry, is looking to hire an HR professional for our operations.

Position: HR Executive / HR Manager

Location: [City]

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 2 years (Manufacturing industry preferred)

Candidate must be capable of handling:

• Recruitment & onboarding

• Employee documentation & compliance

• Labour law & statutory documentation

• Payroll coordination

• HR policy implementation

• Performance management support

We are looking for candidates who are structured, process-driven, and comfortable managing documentation-heavy HR functions.
