Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and joining follow-up.
Handle monthly payroll, attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions, and salary-related queries.
Manage day-to-day HR Operations, employee records, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
Coordinate with recruitment consultancies for profiles, interviews, selections, and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers, HR MIS, payroll records, and management reports.
Coordinate with employees, department heads, management, and external consultancies.
Support implementation of HR policies and resolve employee-related queries.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Recruitment & Payroll
Good understanding of HR Operations
Experience in consultancy coordination
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
