JOB DESCRIPTION – HR / PAYROLL EXECUTIVE (Garments Industry)

Job Title: HR / Payroll Executive

Location: Bommasandra, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary (Take-home)

• ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (experienced candidates)

• ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (less experienced candidates)

PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, and other statutory benefits are over & above

Role Overview

We are seeking an HR / Payroll Executive to handle attendance, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and recruitment for staff and factory workers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Download and maintain daily attendance records of staff and workers using attendance software

• Maintain employee personal files, documentation, and bank details

• Process monthly payroll and ensure salary disbursement before the 5th of every month

• Handle PF & ESI processing and filings and ensure completion before the 8th of every month

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and workers and close open vacancies

• Coordinate and handle third-party compliance audits (maximum two audits per year)

• Ensure compliance with all statutory and labour laws as per Government norms

• Maintain HR records, registers, and compliance documentation

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate (HR / Commerce background preferred)

• Strong experience in payroll, PF, ESI, and factory HR operations

• Familiarity with labour compliances and audits

• Good coordination and documentation skills

• Experience in factory / manufacturing setup preferred
