Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Create job descriptions and post job openings
Screen resumes, conduct interviews and coordinate hiring
Manage onboarding and induction of new employees

🧑‍💼 Employee Relations & Engagement

Develop HR policies and company culture initiatives
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
Plan engagement activities, events and retention programs
Maintain employee records and HR documentation

📊 Performance Management

Implement performance appraisal systems (KPI/KRA)
Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions
Support managers in team development and training

💰 Payroll & Compensation Coordination

Coordinate payroll with accounts team
Manage attendance, leave and benefits administration
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus)

⚖️ HR Compliance & Policies

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Draft HR policies, SOPs and employee handbook
Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements
