Job Title: HR Manager
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end recruitment, especially bulk hiring. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage hiring processes efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any field
Minimum 3 years of experience in bulk hiring
Good English communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Manage bulk hiring and recruitment drives
Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates
Coordinate with departments for hiring requirements
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle onboarding and joining formalities
Ensure smooth HR operations
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of recruitment processes
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in bulk hiring
Gender: Male/Female both can apply
