Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, service, sales, and corporate roles
Hire skilled manpower such as technicians, fitters, electricians, service engineers, QA/QC, and plant supervisors
Coordinate manpower planning based on production schedules and service demands
Maintain relationships with staffing agencies, ITIs, and technical institutes
Ensure compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, Shops & Establishments, PF, ESI, Gratuity, CLRA, etc.)
Handle statutory filings, inspections, audits, and liaison with government authorities
Manage payroll, attendance, shift scheduling, and contract labor administration
Oversee HR documentation, policies, and employee records
Maintain healthy employee relations on the shop floor and office environment
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Support union interactions (if applicable) and ensure industrial harmony
Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs
Implement performance appraisal systems for both staff and shop-floor employees
Identify training needs for technical, safety, and behavioral skills
Organize induction, safety training, compliance training, and leadership development
Support succession planning and career development initiatives
Design and manage salary structures, incentives, and benefits aligned with industry benchmarks
Support annual appraisal and increment cycles
Manage employee insurance, medical, and welfare benefits
Develop and update HR policies aligned with company goals and legal requirements
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Support ESG, ethics, and code of conduct initiatives
Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory HR practices
Experience in manufacturing / engineering / power equipment industries
Ability to handle blue-collar and white-collar workforce
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Hands-on approach with problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Office
