Lead and manage the HR and recruitment team on a daily basis
Assign targets, monitor performance, and ensure timely closure of open positions
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Coordinate with internal departments to understand manpower requirements
Conduct daily follow-ups with recruiters regarding candidate pipelines and interviews
Ensure proper documentation, offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding processes
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Conduct daily review meetings and weekly performance reports
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and coordination
Ensure compliance with company HR processes and standards
Support management with HR data, reports, and hiring insights
Lead, mentor, and guide junior HR recruiters
Train team members on sourcing strategies and recruitment processes
Set daily and weekly recruitment goals
Monitor productivity and improve team efficiency
Act as the main point of contact between management and the HR team
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Strong experience in team handling and leadership
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and candidate sourcing tools
Strong reporting and organizational skills
