We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the HR team, implementing strategic HR initiatives, managing employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Ensure proper coordination between HR and other departments.
Build a strong second-line leadership within HR.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategy and hiring process.
