We are seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR department and foster a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who connects easily with people, has a detail-oriented mindset, and understands the dynamic nature of today's workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage HR systems and procedures.
· Develop and implement HR strategies.
· Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the process.
· Onboard New staff whenever required.
· Manage daily HR administration.
· Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
· Work with hiring Managers.
· Knowledge of employment law.
· Support payroll administration.
· Handle employee relations.
· Act as a liaison between departments and employees.
· Experience using HR software.
Required Skills:
· 5-10 Years’ Experience as Human Resources Manager
· Strong communication skills.
· Bachelor's degree in a Human Resource
· Require Outstanding communication skills.
