Job Title: HR Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

To manage day-to-day HR operations, assist with recruitment, handle employee onboarding/off boarding, and maintain accurate employee records to ensure a smooth workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support: Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

Onboarding & Off boarding: Handle documentation for new hires, conduct orientation, and manage exit formalities.

HR Operations: Maintain up-to-date digital and physical employee files, track attendance, and manage leave records.

Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues.

Compliance & Payroll Assist: Coordinate with the accounts team for monthly payroll processing and ensure basic statutory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR operations or generalist role.

Education: Graduate in any stream; an MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in HR is preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with HRIS/HRMS software or ATS tracking systems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Time-to-hire for open positions.

• Accuracy and confidentiality of employee data maintenance.

• Employee query resolution turnaround time.
