We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, HR policies, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment and selection process.

• Prepare and maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation.

• Handle joining, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

• Manage attendance, leave, and employee discipline.

• Coordinate with accounts for salary and payroll processing.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules.

• Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.

• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.

• Manage employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

• Prepare HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, turnover, payroll, and manpower.

• Coordinate with management regarding manpower planning and HR decisions.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good leadership and team-management abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR documentation.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

• Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in HR, MHRM, or any relevant degree preferred.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
