Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager / Workforce Hunter (Recruitment Manager) to lead our talent acquisition and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of experience in recruitment and human resources, with strong expertise in end-to-end hiring, employee engagement, HR operations, and workforce planning. The candidate should be capable of identifying top talent, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary offers and manage the complete onboarding process.
Ensure hiring targets are achieved within the defined timelines.
Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
HR Operations
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
Support attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Support performance management and employee development programs.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and labour law compliance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
4–6 years of relevant experience in HR and Recruitment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
Strong recruitment knowledge is mandatory.
Experience handling multiple positions simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
