Role: Human Resources Manager

Location: Dadar West, Mumbai (near the station)

Experience: 3–5 years

Compensation: ₹35k to ₹55k depending upon candidate performance and experience

Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee services, and administrative coordination at our Mumbai office.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.

• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, training, and employee communications.

• Assist with employee benefits, HR queries, and policy compliance.

• Schedule interviews, coordinate meetings, and support recruitment.

• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and employee management.

• Knowledge of benefits administration and HR documentation.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools.

• A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
