We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR professional who can work closely with management, drive effective people practices, and ensure the smooth coordination of day-to-day business and office activities.

Position-HR Manager

Location: Kalbadevi, Marine Lines, Mumbai

Working Days- Time-10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday- Friday)

and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays

Experience: 5 Years

Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)

• Proven HR and recruitment experience.

• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

• Strong understanding of HR

• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment process including collaboration with talent acquisition agencies.

• Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires. Facilitate effective cultural integration.

• Document and provide feedback on performance.

• Manage payroll, benefits.

• Plan team engagement activities. Foster a positive workplace culture.

• Provide strategic support for talent acquisition and engagement.
