Job Title: HR Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR strategy. The candidate should be capable of driving HR initiatives that support business growth while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities-
Talent Acquisition
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment consultants.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
HR Operations
• Oversee employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
• Ensure HRIS data accuracy and timely reporting.
Payroll & Compliance
• Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with statutory labour laws and company policies.
• Handle audits and maintain HR compliance documentation.
Performance & Employee Engagement
• Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
• Plan employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns effectively.
HR Business Partnering
• Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management.
• Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, employee satisfaction, and retention.
• Mentor and guide the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
Required Skills
• 6+ years of experience in Human Resource Management.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR functions.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS tools.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certifications will be an added advantage.
