We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team at Ridha associates to manage the full-cycle process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for aconducting background checks of candidates on boarding and exiting the compnay. maintaing the necessary docuemnts in file managing staff and dicipline in the company.The position ofers an in-hand salary of ₹22000 - ₹30000

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
