Align HR strategy with organizational goals and growth plans
Manage HR budgeting and workforce planning

Lead recruitment for corporate, technical, and leadership roles
Design structured onboarding and induction programs
Build employer branding and hiring frameworks
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive work culture and high employee engagement
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Drive engagement initiatives, performance culture, and retention plans
4. Performance Management & Learning
Implement performance appraisal and KPI frameworks
Identify training needs and manage L&D programs
Support leadership development and succession planning
5. Compensation, Payroll & Compliance
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and benefits administration
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, CLRA, Shops & Establishments, POSH)
Coordinate audits and statutory inspections
6. HR Analytics & Reporting
Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and reports
Track attrition, hiring metrics, productivity, and engagement scores
Provide insights to leadership for decision-making
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance
Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll, and Excel
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Expertise in startup or high-growth environments
Experience 10-12 yrs
Ability to build HR systems from scratch
