About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic approach to building a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding process for all departments.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

• Monitor employee performance and conduct regular performance reviews.

• Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.

• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee documentation.

• Conduct employee engagement activities, training sessions, and development programs.

• Manage confirmation, promotion, transfer, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases with complete confidentiality.

• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.

• Handle HR audits and ensure all documentation is updated.

• Assist management in organizational planning and policy implementation.
