Job వివరణ

We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team at Chandrakul Migrow Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary Plus Insentive of ₹16000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update job descriptions.

  • Source and engage candidates via online platforms.

  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.

  • Advertise openings on job portals and social media.

  • Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

  • Recruitment & Staffing

    • Develop and implement hiring strategies

    • Manage job postings, interviews, and onboarding

  • Employee Relations

    • Handle grievances, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment

    • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

  • Performance Management

    • Design appraisal systems, set KPIs, and oversee employee evaluations

    • Provide coaching and career development support

  • Training & Development

    • Identify skill gaps and organize training programs

    • Support leadership development and succession planning

  • Compliance & Policy Management

    • Ensure adherence to labor laws and workplace regulations

    • Maintain HR policies and employee handbooks

  • HR Operations

    • Oversee payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems

    • Monitor HR metrics and analytics for decision-making

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance

    • Proficiency in HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems)

    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Leadership and team management

Job Requirements & Required Skills or Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • Experience: 5–10 years in HR roles, with at least 2–3 years in management

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance

    • Proficiency in HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems)

    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Leadership and team management

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
