# 🏢 URGENT HIRING – HR OPERATIONS MANAGER

Company: Bombay Test House Pvt. Ltd.

Qualification: Graduate (HR/Management preferred)

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)

## Job Responsibilities:

### HR Operations

✅ Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from joining to exit.

✅ Handle recruitment coordination, onboarding, induction, and documentation.

✅ Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance, and leave management.

✅ Draft HR letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other employee communications.

### Labour Compliance

✅ Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and statutory regulations.

✅ Manage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances.

✅ Coordinate contractor compliance and maintain statutory registers.

✅ Liaise with government authorities and consultants for labour-related matters.

### Payroll & Benefits

✅ Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.

✅ Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, and salary inputs.

✅ Handle payroll reconciliations and employee benefit administration.

✅ Coordinate full & final settlements and employee reimbursements.

### HR Administration & Operations

✅ Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.

✅ Coordinate employee engagement and performance management activities.

✅ Support audits and maintain HR MIS reports.

✅ Ensure smooth day-to-day HR and administrative operations across departments.

## Desired Skills:

✔ Knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, and Payroll Processing.

✔ Experience in HR Operations and Statutory Compliance.

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office and HR/Payroll software.

✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

## Eligibility:

🎓 Graduate (HR specialization preferred)

📅 Experience: 3–6 Years
