Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR professional to manage day-to-day HR activities and support employees across the hotel. PH NO ;8925482444 HR

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection for hotel staff.

- Manage joining formalities, onboarding and employee documentation.

- Maintain employee records, attendance and leave management.

- Coordinate payroll, salary processing, PF, ESI and statutory compliance.

- Handle employee grievances and maintain good employee relations.

- Manage disciplinary procedures and HR policies.

- Coordinate staff training and development activities.

- Prepare HR reports and maintain proper HR documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.

- Handle employee engagement and retention activities.

Requirements

- Any Degree / MBA HR preferred.

- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the Hotel/Hospitality industry.

- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, PF & ESI.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle employees and HR operations independently.

- Proficiency in MS Office.
