HR – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: HR Executive / HR Manager
Department: Human Resources
Industry: Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, interviews, selection, and employee joining formalities.

• Maintain employee attendance, leave, salary, and personal records.

• Manage payroll, PF, ESIC, and other statutory HR requirements.

• Prepare and maintain Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters, etc.

• Implement and communicate company HR policies and rules.

• Handle employee discipline, grievances, attendance, and workplace issues.

• Manage employee onboarding, induction, training, and documentation.

• Maintain labour and contractor-related records.

• Coordinate with management regarding employee-related matters.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain proper HR documentation.

• Ensure HR processes are followed as per company policies and applicable labour laws.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of HR operations and payroll.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Basic understanding of PF, ESIC, and labour compliance.

• Good communication and employee-handling skills.

• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.

• Experience in a manufacturing/factory environment is preferred.

Qualification: Graduate / MBA-HR Preferred
Experience: 2–5 Years
