Job Description (Brief):
Handle end-to-end recruitment operations
Manage daily HR operations and internal processes
Coordinate with clients and recruitment teams
Oversee employee engagement and performance tracking
Ensure smooth functioning of HR policies and compliance
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in handling Recruitment and HR Operations
Experience in HR consulting / recruitment firm preferred
Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in an office-based environment
