📍 Location: Gurgaon, Sector 32

💼 Experience Required: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and team handling.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ End-to-end recruitment and hiring

✔️ Managing bulk and lateral hiring

✔️ Candidate sourcing through different job portals and social media platforms

✔️ Conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers

✔️ Offer negotiation and onboarding coordination

✔️ Building and maintaining talent pipelines

✔️ Managing recruitment MIS and hiring reports

✔️ Ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
