• Policy implementation and compliance (labour laws, factory rules)
• Employee engagement & grievance handling
• Performance management & appraisal process
• Maintain discipline and workforce control on shop floor
• Vendor coordination for manpower agencies
• Training & development initiatives
• HR reporting & management support
• Exit management & retention strategies
Requirements
• Experience: 1–3 years in manufacturing HR
• Strong personality with decision-making ability
• Knowledge of labour laws & factory compliance
• Recruitment & employee relations expertise
• Good communication & leadership skills
• Payroll & HRMS knowledge preferred
• Ability to handle large manpower
Housekeeping Admin
Role Purpose
To ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the workplace by supervising housekeeping staff and maintaining proper housekeeping systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily cleaning tasks
• Ensure cleanliness standards in office and factory areas
• Maintain housekeeping schedules and inspection records
• Monitor usage and inventory of cleaning materials
• Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping supplies
• Ensure proper waste management and hygiene practices
• Maintain discipline and efficiency within the housekeeping team
Requirements
• Experience: 2–5 years in housekeeping supervision/admin role
