Job వివరణ

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and developing Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) who can partner with Aryapath Investment Services LLP to expand investment distribution across India.

Key Responsibilities:-

Identify and recruit Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs).
Build and maintain a strong distribution network for mutual fund sales.
Conduct training and guidance sessions for new distributors.
Ensure distributors complete NISM certification and registration processes if required.
Monitor distributor performance and provide strategic support to grow their business.
Work closely with management to achieve AUM growth and distributor expansion targets.
