Labour Relations & Compliance

Handle contract labour and manpower vendors, ensure compliance with factory and labour laws, and maintain smooth and harmonious industrial relations.

Facility & Administration Management

Oversee housekeeping, security, pantry, pest control, and other facility services, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and SLA adherence.

People Management & Discipline

Support workforce planning, productivity improvement, attendance discipline, grievance handling, and shop-floor conduct.

Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, communication, and recognition programs at the factory.

Learning & Development

Coordinate training programs related to safety, hygiene, GMP, behavioural skills, and overall workforce capability building.
