Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complete HR department and overall staff operations
Monitor employee performance, KRA management & productivity
Resolve employee issues, conflicts and workplace concerns
Maintain discipline, company culture and smooth office environment
Review attendance, payroll, HR operations and staff management processes
Coordinate with management and department heads for smooth workflow
Handle employee engagement, motivation and team coordination
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and HR systems
Supervise HR team activities and review overall company operations
Maintain strong communication between employees and management
Requirements:
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage and lead complete staff operations independently
Experience in handling employee relations and HR management
