Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations and manpower management.
- Recruitment, interviews, joining, onboarding and exit formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave, OT and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline and employee relations.
- Maintain HR records, MIS and employee documentation.
- Handle PF, ESI and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Manage HR administration and housekeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain documents for SEDEX/SMETA and other factory audits.
- Coordinate with auditors during audits and ensure audit readiness.
- Handle audit observations, CAP (Corrective Action Plan) and timely closure of compliance gaps.
- Knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance is required.
Required Skills:
- Strong HR & labour law knowledge.
- Good recruitment and employee-handling skills.
- Practical knowledge of SEDEX/SMETA & social compliance audits.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets & HRMS.
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle a large workforce in a manufacturing environment.
Industry Experience:
Garments/Apparel Manufacturing experience is mandatory.
