About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Leader / Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) / HR Head to lead the organization's complete Human Resources function and support its ambitious Pan India growth and expansion plans.
The ideal candidate will have 20–25 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably from a Technology, FMCG, Consumer, Retail, or other high-growth organization.
The candidate should have a strong track record of building HR systems, scaling teams, developing leadership pipelines, driving organizational transformation, and aligning people strategy with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Business Partnership
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO/MD and senior leadership.
- Build scalable HR frameworks to support organizational growth.
- Drive HR transformation and organizational effectiveness.
Pan India Expansion & Workforce Planning
- Develop manpower strategies for Pan India expansion.
- Plan workforce requirements for new locations and business verticals.
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership positions.
- Establish standardized HR processes across locations.
Talent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring
- Lead senior and strategic hiring for critical positions.
- Build relationships with executive search firms and talent networks.
- Develop succession planning for key leadership roles.
- Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction.
Organization Development & Culture
- Build a high-performance and accountable culture.
- Drive organizational development and change management.
- Develop leadership and capability-building programs.
- Strengthen employee engagement and retention.
Performance Management
- Design and strengthen performance management systems.
- Establish KRAs/KPIs across functions.
- Drive appraisal and performance review processes.
- Develop reward and recognition mechanisms.

- Develop HR dashboards and people analytics.
- Use HR data for workforce and business decision-making.
HR Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team.
- Develop HR leadership capability across locations.
- Establish a strong HR operating model supporting Pan India operations.
Candidate Profile
- 20–25 years of overall HR experience.
- Experience in senior leadership roles such as CHRO, Group HR Head, VP-HR, HR Director, Senior HR Head, or equivalent.
- Candidates from Technology, FMCG, Consumer, Retail, or high-growth organizations will be preferred.
- Strong experience managing large and geographically distributed teams.
- Proven experience in Pan India HR operations and organizational expansion.
- Strong understanding of strategic HR, talent management, leadership development, performance management, compensation, employee engagement, and HR governance.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategy with commercial objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with founders, promoters, CEO, MD, and senior leadership.
- Experience in building/scaling HR functions will be highly preferred.
