Position: HR Manager
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.
Handle recruitment for multiple positions and ensure timely hiring.
Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes and employee guidelines.
Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
Conduct performance reviews and support employee retention initiatives.
Maintain employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.
Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal and team management skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations and employee relations.
Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities independently.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
