Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports

• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives

• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HR operations

• Support training & development programs and employee engagement activities

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements

• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or generalist role

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
