Full-Time HR Internship – MBA HR Freshers

Stipend: ₹9,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Working Hours: 9-hour shift, including 1-hour break (8 working hours).

Working Days: As per the company's weekly roster.

About the Opportunity:

Siddhi Daatri HR Consultancy is looking for disciplined, sincere and career-oriented MBA HR freshers who are passionate about recruitment, talent acquisition and human resource management.

This is a full-time, 12-month internship designed for candidates who want practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment operations and professional HR practices.

We are not looking for candidates interested in merely obtaining an internship certificate. We want individuals who demonstrate ownership, accountability, consistency and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.

• Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.

• Coordinate virtual interviews with candidates and employers.

• Prepare job descriptions and candidate profiles.

• Maintain recruitment databases and Google Sheets.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

• Monitor candidate joining, retention and recruitment progress.

• Meet daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

• Maintain professional communication and recruitment documentation.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA in HR / Human Resources / Human Resource Management.

• Freshers and recent postgraduates preferred.

• Candidates with an academic background in HR, Humanities or IRPM may also be considered.

• Must be an Indian citizen.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of Hindi and basic English.

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.

• Strong willingness to learn and work independently.

Technical Requirements:

• Personal laptop or desktop in good working condition.

• Stable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

• Quiet and professional working environment.

• Ability to attend virtual meetings and handle recruitment calls.

Stipend & Career Progression:

• Monthly stipend: ₹9,000.

• Additional performance-based incentives.

• Completion bonus: ₹27,000 upon successful completion of 12 months, subject to the internship agreement.

• Outstanding performers may be considered for a full-time employment opportunity with an initial salary of ₹14,000 per month.

• Potential annual salary increments of 18% or more based on performance, business requirements and management approval.

Commitment & Performance Expectations:

This is a 12-month full-time internship. Candidates must demonstrate consistency, punctuality, accountability and professional discipline.

An experience letter will be issued only after completing a minimum of six months, subject to satisfactory performance and company policy.
