About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at 4Ps India Private Limited. This role will primarily support employees onboarding, accommodation coordination, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, verify, and coordinate joining formalities for new employees.
Coordinate accommodation arrangements for new employees.
Track accommodation availability and occupancy status.
Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.
Assist in preparing letters, forms, and other HR-related documents.
Coordinate uniform issuance for new and existing employees.
Maintain accurate records of uniform allocation
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
Support recruitment activities as required.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
0–6 months of experience (Freshers are welcome).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Willingness to work from the office, 5 days a week.
