• Talent Acquisition: Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Sales & Marketing: Contribute to marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to build brand visibility and assist the sales team in converting leads into clients.
• Database Management: Maintain and update HR databases, spreadsheets, and internal trackers.
• Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, campaigns, and internal team communication.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly performance and status reports on tasks and outreach efforts.
