Job వివరణ

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist with recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and databases
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings
Help organize employee engagement activities
Provide administrative support to the HR team
