Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with identifying and recruiting top talent, managing the full life-cycle recruitment process, and driving employer branding initiatives. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers, posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases.

Qualifications

• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring

• Proficiency in Employer Branding and developing strategies to attract top talent

• Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment

• Familiarity with Recruiting processes and techniques

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting

• Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
