HR Intern – Job Description
Position: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head
Job Summary
Support the HR team in recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, documentation, attendance, reporting, and daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.
Assist with offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
Support attendance, leave, employee records, and HR reports.
Coordinate employee training, meetings, and onboarding.
Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM HR preferred.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience can apply.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
